Hey hey!
I've never been one to blog, but I'm excited by the concept of blogging opinions and product reviews, since I always seem to have an opinion on something. Today, I'll be reviewing and talking about the Broadway Nails imPRESS press-on manicures, which I received for review from Influenster.
The nails I tried were a pink and purple leopard print, which is kind of funky, but not necessarily something I would have chosen for myself. The two sets come in fun little packaging, which mimics a nailpolish bottle. In order to access the nails, you "twist" off the top, and the clear container unhinges.
(The style on the left is the one I chose)
So, the instructions tell you to lay out all the nails, once you decide which ones will fit on your fingers. This is where I struggled a bit! Apparently my thumb nails are itty bitty, so while I was able to find some smaller options to fit my other nails, none of them were the right width for my thumbs. Because of this, there was a bit of overflow onto the skin of my thumbs, which wasn't the most comfortable. That problem aside though, the nails were incredibly easy to apply - you just peel off the little clear cover, and stick the nails onto the natural nail. Within just a few moments, the nails adhere, and you're left with a pretty convincing manicure!
Tadaaaaa!
In closing, I don't think I would purchase these myself, but I do think they're a great option for people who do not want to take the time to keep up on their nails. I have so many nailpolishes that it would be a travesty to not take advantage of it. Taking the nails off was fine, but I did find that there was some glue leftover afterward... I think I may have taken them off pre-emptively, instead of letting them run their course.
I didn't have any issues with day to day tasks, because the nails are quite short, but I did get quite a few compliments from patients in the office.
Let me know if anyone tries these, and what you think!
xoxo

I agree very much with your review, the sizing of these were just off.... they were really wide. I'm sure they fit some but for the majority of us it was a no go. n
